What is a get out of debt budget planner? Is it for free? Where can I get one?

Yes I do think it's free and it has an online version and a downloadable version (excel or word spreadsheet)..I think it has 20 or so categories of spending, so you can differentiate what you are spending on. It's basically a budget tracker.

But I think the software version is not for free. You have to buy that one. It has more features than just a spread sheet and a calculator. It's more like an all-in-one multi functional personal finance software--that is debt specific.

Regardless of the get out of debt budget planner- does anyone have any basic budgeting tips for me- I am up in the air between settlement and bankruptcy and want to try and save more so I can go through the former without filing. Thanks!

Thanks!Wait, why are you even considering debt settlement or bankruptcy? Are your accounts past due? Are your debts mostly unsecured? Is your goal to stay current?
