So what exactly are you asking- do you have to sell your guitar and/or car to pay off some of your debt? That would be one option to consider, selling valuable assets to generate funds to put towards the debt, for anyone who owes and does not have the resources to pay it down all at once.
If you are asking something different please clarify and I will do my best to help.

Will I lose everthing will the court make me sell my guitar,can I get a deal to lower my car payments""i am disable and need a car to find a job,to go to doctors,get my meds.I have 3,000 left may use this to pay lawyer .my guitars is worth about 3,000 for all 4.I am over 100,000 in debt.I get 700 a month unemployment

You said "court" and lawyer-- have you already received a legal notice from the court with regards to your debt or are you just anticipating that you might?
As for lowering your car payment, have you spoken with your dealer/lender yet? If you haven't, do so, the chances of you succeeding with that are high seeing that you are disabled.
With regards to your $100,000+ debt, is it credit card only debt, or something else?
As for your guitars-- were you asking if they are considered exempt in bankruptcy?

It's a wise move to sell your guitars, because you can use the funds to pay for other expenses. It may be a small amount compared to the debt amount that you have, but at least it's a good start.
Do you have any other assets that you think you can let go of so that you can continue debt payments?

This really isn't going anywhere. Guitarkid, are you saying you are planning on filing bankruptcy? A court isn't going to order you to sell your guitars for no reason at all.

In a away Xand Y,I want to know will I lose everything, does the court make you give up everything.Will they take every dime I have Guitar,my car my violin,cello,viola,.Most things I be glad to sell.But Ilike to keep somethings

Again I ask you- are you planning on filing bankruptcy? What is your situation right now? I can't help you if you don't clarify what is going on.
