They seem to be a very reputable debt settlement company. According to their web site they have been able to settle accounts from prestigious clients and offer substantial relief to their customers. They can settle accounts up to 40-60% of the balances, and offer 12-36 months for payoff.Have you tried how they fared against the accreditation agencies such as the Better Business Bureau and the Association of Settlement Companies?

They have an A- rating with the BBB. The only complaint listed on their BBB file pertained to issues with the written agreement between them and their customer. I am not finding any feedback as to whether the company addressed this concern or not. Would anyone have input on that?

There are at least 3 solutions that Americans use to settle their debts. -Credit counseling, for debt amounts that are $7,500 and below-Debt Settlement, for debt amounts that are over $10,000 (the accounts must be past due)-Bankruptcy, a government sponsored debt relief optionThe tricky part is which one to choose. Good thing there are a lot of free initial debt consultations out there to help the consumer choose and decide.
