Debt Free And Prosperous Living

Why would debt free and prosperous living be just associated with John Commuta's work?

I know what you're saying foolishgames-- it's as if he owned or bought or invented the whole phrase
Debt Free and Prosperous Living. I wonder how far his copyright on that title goes? If anybody, for example, writes an article with the same title, can John Commuta's camp go after the writer? Assuming that the article gets published that is..

I have an answer to your question foolishgames:
"Today, John Cummuta is a debt-free millionaire."
John Commuta and his Debt Free & Prosperous Living system owns..
And I don't have an answer to your question gave up on the riddle.

So after reading this thread and some articles/reviews about Debt Free and Prosperous Living by John Commuta...my vote (on if it is for real or a scam?) is...it depends on the consumer.
It's like a diet plan. If you follow it faithfully, then you'd see results that you desire..

How do you think John Commuta's Debt Free and Prosperous Living compares with Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover?

Ramsey's approach is more motivational, in terms of instructing the debtor to pay off the loans that have the smallest interest rates first. Results are easily seen with this approach, and in turn it brings a sense of accomplishment to the debtor. However I think one downside to this is that a consumer may end up paying more interest in the long run.

I think that to be debt free and to have that dream of prosperous living come true...is to live without credit cards. Was this mentioned in the book?
People should really start living via cash again. Just like the people in the newly industrialized societies.

You mean live from paycheck to paycheck? No thanks! And you know credit cards are not at all that bad. The credit card system actually prevents theft in certain businesses. Employers won't have to worry about certain employees pocketing cash that go through their hands. Electronic transactions have their use doubtman. People should really just learn moderation.

What the presence of the credit card industries does is..give people the impression that they have money to spend..when in truth they do not have it yet. Virtual money is deceiving.
Same principle with owning a house actually. You call it your home but the truth is..as long as you are still paying for it..you are just leasing it. The worst part is that you may lose that home when you can't pay it anymore--plus debt.

sometimes I think that the only ones who can be debt free and have a prosperous life are the movie stars and top notch business people--even certain government officials--
but then again, even Michael Jackson was reported to have debts...how can that be? I mean he is prosperous..but not debt free? What's the logic behind it?
