Oh, I've heard of them..... . They are very good people to work with, efficient, trustworthy. I have heard positive feedback about the firm, they pay their customers' bills on time and are good in educating them abt their program. i think they have a good record with the BBB too

They have an A- record according to the Better Business Bureau and never had any complaints. Why not go for it, Pon De Replay? Looks good to me.

The Better Business Bureau is an regulatory organization that holds high values of honesty and integrity among businesses. They aim to foster a fair and effective marketplace, so that consumers and business establish a relationship of trust. It is a formidable source of a company's reliability. They also alert the public in regard to businesses and provide information on fair business practice.

They are also an Accredited Member of the Association of Debt Settlement Companies (http://tascsite.org). It advocates fair practice in the debt settlement industry and lobbies for debt settlement companies in the local and state-wide levels.
I think they're good to work with, based on all these good credentials.

Brittany- I would be careful when reporting things that you have heard in passing about a company. You stated that you heard "the company pays all of their clients' bills on time" and are "good about educating them about the program."
At first glance, it sounds like you are talking about a credit counseling agency. But this company is actually a debt settlement company. They do not pay their clients bills on time each month, rather they have the clients pay into an escrow account until enough money is saved up to settle a debt. In the meantime, the accounts are delinquent, or past due, and as a result the client's payment history suffers.

Don't believe everything you hear - research it yourself - as per the BBB

Companies that are rated by the BBB have every opportuinity to resolve the sutuation before they are "graded" on the outcome. If they have a negative rating, this means that not only did they get a complaint(s) but they failed to satisfy the problem or complaint.
ALWAYS refer to BBB and for debt settlement companies you want to check usoba.org as well. They regualte the debt settlement companies.

How about the TASC, KevinB? They are also a reliable source of accreditation, am I correct?
