they're an accredited member of the Association of Debt Settlement Companies. Now TASC members are required to follow certain guidelines on business dealing such as the proper disclosures, proper business practices, and client acceptance standards. They also aim to protect the interest of consumers who apply for debt settlement services. Looks pretty good to methey're not on the BBB tho, is that a good thing or a bad thing

Pavement Chaser, looks like you've done your research. Apparently, yes, they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Lemonade, you can try looking them up with your local consumer protection agency, or your state's Attorney General.

No accreditation from the BBB? They must be a new company or something. What you can also do lemonade is fill out a form on DestroyDebt.com and you can be matched with a qualified provider who can help you with your situation.
