They're not on the BBB's records. I think something's fishy.

I think they may be a fairly new company, given that they don't have a BBB record. Maybe their application is still in the works? I have no idea. Can't speak for them

I would have to assume they are a new company as they are not, as you mentioned, even listed with the BBB. They are however a member of The Association of Settlement Companies (TASC), and they are located in Dallas, TX.
