Who should not file for bankruptcy?
Debt settlement companies who have a lot of live/active accounts/clients (is that what they call those?)
People would think that it's orchestrated, premeditated, and that's bad for the debt settlement industry.

In asking the question "Who should file for bankruptcy?" I have a question myself:
Who qualifies for this specifically? Do I have to have a certain amount of income in order to be approved for this filing?

If you are filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you are not allowed to keep your business.
If you are filing for Chapter 13, on the other hand, you can keep your business, provided that it is a sole proprietorship.
Are you still in the process of filing for bankruptcy as we speak?

Anyone who is insolvent should file for bankruptcy.
