Would like to know that were does everyone invest their money. Can be funds, bonds, property anything . As for me, I invest in property because i am sure of returns and its a safe bet.

Land seems to be the safest bet that yields good returns. I'm investing in several mutual funds currently because investing in land takes a fair amount more work. I think land would be a better choice though.

it depends on what you are investing for. are you investing for college education? a new home? for retirement? or just saving for a new PS3

I have invested in a 12 month CD I take the interest and let the money stay in. This is my second year.

I ever I have a money to invest into something I'll choose a business that is a craze in our area. Real estate is good too because it one of the basic necessities of people.

I would like to invest in stock, but I don't know very much about them. I know some people that are doing quite well.

The market value of real estates appreciates thru time. They can be easily convertible to funds because they can be used as collaterals. I usually scout for undevelop real estate properties since they come much more affordable than those already developed..

Property is not always a safe bet. Prices can go down as they save before in the past but it think it is one of the safest investment options
