Make a research fully on whatever plans you have. Not all you have read were accurate so better decide carefully. Its your own money your risking so anything happen cannot blamed with anybody but yourself.

But sometimes we won't know if its real if we won't or noone will try it. So also a matter of gamble and playing it wisely.

Thats a useful statement, we should be aware of our plans and that should not be left without research. Experience makes it perfect, so approaching some experience asset or well versed people could be useful for our research and planning.
