What Do You Include In Your Budget?

When I make a bugdet, normally a weekly one, I include what we have coming into the house, and everything that has to go out for the week. I iclude the bills that are due, money for gas and groceries, and money for things that the kids need. Normaly, that is all that we have to worry about, so I rarely add anything. What is included in your budget? Do you exclude anything?

In my budget I just include the necessities. I then have an "other" section for things that may be non-necessities but that I know about ahead of time and need to include in my budget.
