maybe the difference between the two is the taste. fruits are tastier and yummier compared to vegetables. but when it comes to nutritional value, they are quite the same.

Eat fruits and vegetables is certainly not right, nutrition is not balanced, if we should lose weight is to eat more fruits and vegetables rather than those who eat.
