Another way to save money is to recycle. On my case, in order to cut off the expenses on notebooks, I use the back portion of photocopies to write notes during class discussion and also use them to make paper bags. How about you?

Yes! This is very good! If you can recycle things as much as possible we should use it up, it saves a lot of expenses!

This is going to sound CRAZY, but here it goes. My mother, my sister & myself live within 1/2 mile of each other. We recycle furniture, lamps, dishes or what ever else we can think of. Recently my sister & I traded a ficus tree for a corner lamp. We each get a new look without spending any money. Have fun with it.

I will use brown paper bags for the kids book covers and also for wrapping paper sometimes. I use cottage cheese/margarine containers to start my plant seeds indoors. I use the back side of letters/junk mail to make notes/lists. The possibilities are endless.

I take aluminum cans to the recycler and make a little there. I save money buy using old papers as scratch paper rather than just throwing it away. I re-use my plastic shopping bags as small trash bags, and I wash and re-use my baggies as long as they are in good condition. A lot of money can be saved this way.
