I am pretty sure that debt collectors are not supposed to call after 9pm. Do you know if thats the case for all states in the USA?

I am not live in USA but in my country, the debt collector is not allow to call a customer in 9PM but someone may tried it because they has a deadline to collect the debt

Yes,They cant call you before 9am or after 9pm according to the law.Brian

In our country, the last call of the agent is around 7pm max. After that, they will be calling you on earlier time.
