Yeah.. where do you expect us to stay if we sell our home. I mean home is the last resort i would use and sell it.Further more, i think i would nt want to stay with my parents forever

I will sell my house if I have had his substitute, and will use the real estate agency's (property agent) service that has been experienced

Interesting shared views you got there and I will follow your views if I ever sell my house. I don't have a house of my own yet and I love to own one someday.

Absolutely horrible time to sell. During the weekend when I'm walking with my dog its hard to even imagine the number of homes that have been up 6-12 months or even more. The market isn't even that bad here in Texas. An alternative to selling either lease the house out or just a room or two :) IMO do anything to keep from selling.
