Do you agree on giving interest rates when your office mates or colleagues borrow some money to you?I always experience it because some my colleagues borrowing some money to me.Do you think it is ok to give them interest on the money they borrow?

I won't add interest to money borrowed by my colleagues. If i lend them that is because I have some spare and they don't force me to do give them any. It's just my way of helping them.

Depending if your relationship with your colleagues are close with you.If not, i will actually charge a small percentile of interest rate. But sometimes its hard to tell them about your interest rate.

I don't take interest for my friend debt, may be because it very need it is. May be some day i need money he can borrow me, or give me some solution.. but i never take interest if my friend borrow my money. Because it is amount is little, although i have less money. And i must take a part time job to pay my debt to other people.
