Being a working Mom and sticking to a budget is such a challenge because of the exhaustion factor. We get tired and pull into the drive thru to pick up dinner instead of cooking a meal when we get home, and we often let the kids talk us into extras at the grocery store. It takes a lot of vigilance to stay strong and stick to a financial plan. Thanks for posting these tips!

Being on a budget for my wife isn't hard at all. She is great with the money. We work off of a small salary and you wouldn't even know it. We have a huge savings that we have built for the past 2 years.I think that if you build a nest egg for you family then living on budget won't be hard.

My mom is always the best. She is expert in budgeting at home including water and electric bills. She spend money wisely. We are very proud to have a mother like her. If my turn comes, I wanna be like her.

Very practical suggestions indeed!A moms job is doubly hard owing to the fact that she must often work and take care of the family at the same time. I listed some of my best mom money saving tips; frugal meal ideas and mom/baby freebies on my Destroy debt blog, please take a look! Thanks.

Its great to hear that most moms are good budgeters but my mother is the opposite so she is always in debt. She even pawned her jewelries lately and we were wondering where did she spend the money? We give her money to pay the utility bills and there are times that she would even spend it into something that we are not aware of.
