I have a few friends that make their own baby food and it's so much better for the children. It also saves them a lot of money. I highly recommend it.

Another way is to use a small food processor or blender and puree whatever you are eating to feed your baby. If you don't feel like freezing the food or having to thaw something out, this is a way to mak baby food on the spot.

that's a good idea of putting the blenderized food in the ice tray and freezing them...we buy usually our nephew's baby food ...but it can be expensive too since not all are consumed and then we have to throw the food away after 2 days.
