You would like to remodel your home, so you can make a profit on it? The two rooms to improve on to get a bigger profit would be the bathroom and the kitchen. I think that is the question you are asking? I believe a lot of contractors buy houses fix them up and then sell them for a big profit, and that is how they make money.

That's not at all a good idea to renovate a house with a cost as much as that can buy a new one . Infact this holds for not just house , almost everything . It is always better to buy a new one .

best way to improve is to change the decor, go for the modern decor change the settings of the room and see the difference!
