I'm accessing my account in ciao today, and there's nothing wrong with it. Read their TOS : you must have made some abuse on the site either it's clicking cartel (only rate your friend / COT review), plagiarism or multple account. If your innocent, try to write to ciao admin and proof that you are innocent against their accused. You'll get your account back this way.
