we have telephone and cellphone at home, our phone is a prepaid type so that we can control our calls.

local calls is unlimited, so it doesn't mater how long i stay on the phone for there is no extra charge however in long distance call i don't use my telephone, i use my cellphone instead, so i guess i don't limit my telephone calls.

I don't use my phone every single day... I use text message and email to control my expenses on telephone bills... Yahoo messenger can send text messages too... ^^

Yes, I try to limit my cellphone bill and thats why I use prepaid service where I will recharge only limited amount and then I am not bothered even if I make long calls because I can use it only till I have the balance left in my cellphone. It helps save a lot.

I don't have a landlines phone because I rent a room here. But if I ever have a landlines phone, maybe I will limit my phone bill.

I don't have a landline phone only a cell phone. I try to limit my calls to when they are free (after 6pm and weekends). Unfortunately, business calls generally have to be made during the day so they can get pretty costly. Sometimes if I know I will be on the phone for quite a while I will go to a payphone and make the call instead of using my cellphone.
