many people are so worried that they will gain some weight if they eat much like me, im always maintaining my weight I don't know about you but you are much eager to gain some weight..:)

gaining shouldn't be the important thing, what is important that you should be strong from inner side. i am also around 55 kgs and never thought of gaining extra but i know that i am strong enough from inner side.

Were totally opposite.hahaYou wanna gain I wanna loose.Anyways,what I did is I eat all the time.Every 4 hrs.,even less than 4 hours.I just eat whatever food is available.Also,I dont work much.I watch tv,sleep,surf the net.You know,that sort of things.Bottom Line:Just eat and eat!!!(make sure its healthy foods!)and im not telling you to follow this,im just telling you mt story.Goodluck!
