If you are earning online there is no tax involve in your earnings. When cashing out your earnings, there is only minimal processing fee, but it is not tax.

Transferring this amount to paypal doesnt require you to pay extra charges(TAX).
Its only when you want to withdraw your amount out, then u need to pay a little more.

It is tax free . I don't know how much money you have made from here that you are asking about taxes , I guess must be quite a lot and probably it is too much for them to pay so finally they decided not to pay any more ... lols .
