You can apply for a credit card at any bank. Depending on your credit score, the offers you receive may vary, but if you have a good credit rating you shouldn't have problems getting an unsecured card. If you can't qualify for an unsecured card, consider getting a secured one. You do have to put money up front as a guarantee, but it will help you build credit and you should get your deposit back from the bank after you've established a good history of repayment.

Credit Cards for free? Hmmm... I haven't thought of that one before. Why don't you try getting a free Debit Card instead?

I think no one credit card companies is launch free fees credit card.All of credit always take fees to any transactions.

credit cards here in the philippines offer free memberhip on the first year of being a member. but if one is good member like me, they can even consider having the cards waived. my annual fee has been waived for two years now.
