I am in the same boat, I have gotton a credit repair company to dispute some of my debts becasue I am applying for a mortagage and need it to be cleared before Sept. 2009, I want to be able to make the first buyers tax credit. I have been involved with this credit repair company since Jyly 2009 and now I am afraid becasue Sept. is not that far off and I do not know what is happen, I contact them and I am told to wait for the companies to write me with their findings but time is precious to me and as a single mother of 2 I can not afford to have lost the money in which I paid them to do the work. Help
