Wow! In this situation - I would say get a job and get the county to help pay for your child care. Then when you get your checks - put them all towards your PD bills. At 22 years old you shouldnt be in that much debt! I think that if you worked on it you could do it!

The least that you can do is find a work to pay all the debts that you are facing now, just take it one step at a time.. then learned from your mistakes, we have nothing to do but face all the consequences..

student loans can not be included in a bankruptcy, hospital bills i'm not sure. credit cards are, but $6,000 is not worth bankruptcy. credit counselors are paid by the credit card companies to try and talk you into paying your debt or at least a good portion of it

Of you're not working and know how to use the internet, consider writing blogs about anything you know. There are sites out there that pay for articles to be written for them. You can make an income with PPC such as Google AdSense and that is free to start. You can post articles for free on blogspot.com and have pay per click ads within you article or blog. If you would like to know more... Starting a business can be a daunting task, you need to be very good at what you do, and make sure there is no conflicting interest with your full time job. I personally know someone that worked at a computer retailer and started a part time business fixing computers. The retailer found an ad in the local paper and fired my friend on the spot due to conflict of interest. Savage. Alot of people these days are heading toward online ads as a second source of income. Google AdSense is considered the most popular. I have a full article on AdSense here.
