its hard to believe that one is getting the reports free of cost. are you sure Jerlene that its all free and there isint anything hidden under the lines. have heard both Equifax and Experian offer a 30 day free trial of their online subscription services but according to me, thats all they give for free.:)

You dont have to fill out any survey or sign up for some type of service? It's the actual score or some different number, perhaps an average? I just find this so hard to believe with all the companies trying to sell us our own information back to us. I hope this is real and thanks so much for posting it here!

I always thought we were allowed one free credit report from each of the three agencies listed per year.  I don't think it includes a "credit score" though.

The free credit score listed is not free. The initial come-on is free but after that you pay 29.95 a month. That my friend is not free.

The free 3 bureau site's offer isn't free either. None of these sites are free, don't use them or you'll end up being charged 29.95 a month.

Check out my blog on credit reporting agencies.  Everyone is entitled to one free credit report from all THREE agencies once a year.  You may purchase additional copies for a price.  You may also purchase your credit score for an additional price.  I called transunion on the 24th and requested my report.  I received it four days later in the mail.  Or you may use the option of obtaining it over the internet through each individual agency or you can go through www.freecreditreport.com
