Posted on April 7, 2009 at 1:16 pm here are some ways I find useful to save money and or make just a little bit extra to get by: 1. sell your old stuff on ebay    you'd be amazed how much money you have sitting in your closets and your garage 2. collect coke codes  I have only been collecting coke codes for a few months and almost have enough to get a $50 discount off of my hotel on my honeymoon coming up 3.  save your 2 liter bottles, water bottles, soda cans, and beer bottles a trashcan full of them will get you anywhere from $15-$20 if you take them to a recyle center 4. have a garage sale garage sales are good to make money of of things you aren't using too and you don't have to pay listing fees or shipping 5. clip coupons you can find coupons for almost everything now. 6. reuse things things always can have a second purpose....for example for my wedding the centerpiece are daisies but the flowers are going in washed out an de-labeled cans that you get from green beans and corn and stuff 7. join websites like inboxdollars, vinefire, cashcrate, etc.... 8. sell back your old books online (jitterbook.com,cash4books.com,bluerectangle.com, etc...) 9. take advantage of sales if you sign up for emails from your favorite stores they'll kepp you updates on sales and freebies 10. do it yourself don't pay a maid to clean your house or a man to wash your car, or someone to mow your lawn...doing it youself saves you a pretty penny
