I would agree with Souvik.
When a person is looking for a job, we forget that we are selling our services. We work for an employer, and in return we get a set amount of compensation. The compensation comes in the form of a salary, healthcare, discounts, and such.
Why not try to find a place that offers educational assistance as part of that compensation?
