When I had a family at home we needed a larger house than I need now. I still have a fairly large house, 3 bedrooms, 2 stories and it really is a lot more than I need. We only use a couple of the rooms and the rest just sit there unused and waiting to be cleaned.

It depends on your budget and the size of your family. I have no children at home so I would prefer a unit with 2 bedrooms.

I use to live in a big house with my family. The house has 14 rooms. This is my parents house. When everyone of us got married and have our own house the house becomes empty and only my mum and the housemaid is staying. The rooms are only occupied once a year. My present house has 4 bedrooms and my children has now left to work in other places. I prefer small house so that it is easier to upkeep and maintainence is low.

If money is out of question, a big house would surely be a good idea. It's more functional.

i think ill go for a small house with 2 bedrooms because it really depends on how big your family is. me, i only have my wife and son and having a big house is not really suitable for us.

The bigger the better but it would surely be harder to maintain and will be surely expensive to buy. If i have enough savings and i have a steady income i will surely get a big one.

Either big or small, it should be cozy and comfortable to live in for all the members of the family. And as the saying goes 'a house is made by the persons who live in it and not by the number of walls', even I prefer that.

it depend by your family or by your cash ,,, i love with big house because i have a big family,, but for now i will like the small one because i can buy that.
