We need to take care and alert about credit card. Not many people have knowledge about that and how to use them wisely. Avoid fraudsters? This is something new for me. I guess debt counseling and such are useful to a certain sense. I mean, if possible you can save that money up and counsel yourself instead on spending money again to clear your debts.
