Is money needed just for surviving and making our lives easier to live? Or do you need money to make your lives comfortable?I guess it's a compromise between both. Would you sacrifice on luxury to save money? Would that be worthwhile?

If i ned money for more important things like saving up for a nice place then ill delay the luxury first and give priority to my needs.

I am not a luxurious person. My needs are simple and i am generally happy with simpler things in life. I crave for mental peace and happiness most of all, so it is no problem for me to save, i can compromise to any level..

Luxury is not one of the pleasures that I need. My imagination is very avid if I do say so myself, so if I would need to give up a few things of luxury to save, I would not mind doing so. Although it would not be just my decision but also that of my fiance, so we'd have to come to an agreement and decision as to what to do in times of financial struggle.

Let`s see....I will not compromise luxury for money if i have enought money to live normal life.Money are not only for surviving I think because who would actually want to live without any luxury.And under luxury I mean even family.Because family is very expensive (I can`t think of better words).Well...that was my opinion-if I had something that I consider luxury I wouldn`t compromise it for money except of cource if I really needed those money to have normal life.

I think I will cut out some luxuries, like when I have no money I can't go out and do something that would entertain me. I can always cut back on spending money I just wish it was easier.

Also - It would be nice if it wasn't ALL about money, and you could just help each other out, it's obviously not that easy in our modern busy world. For example, a gardener's roof needs fixing, a builder's tap needs fixing, and a plumbers's er...... garden need's sorting out, instead of paying for someone to do it the gardener could do the plumber's garden, then the plumber could do the builder's tap, then the builder could help the gardener's roof.lol
