I'd rather buy a house with a lot because of the lot. There's more space which isn't the case with a condo. Since I grew up in houses with big yards and a lot of room I would want to buy a property that is the same. It's easier for kids to run around and play in.

Well, I would choose to buy house and lot because when I resell the house and lot the value will be greater. The value of lot never depreciate. The value of a condominium depreciates when it is old.

It is better to have a house and a lot rather than having condo. It is more comfortable to live in a house rather than to have a condo and the prices are almost the same.

I would prefer a house with an acre or more of land, that way I could start my own garden and have small animals like a dog and goat. I have always liked the Pygmy goat which is a tiny goat. So adorable!

house and lot is a better investment for me than a condominium. though here in the philippines buying a condo is more convenient because the are is nearer to the city.

it depends. condominium is a good option if you plan to make a passive income out of it especially if it's in a good location. but if i'm to choose where i would want to live, i prefer house and lot.
