In my place, after a few months' down slope, the price of housing rises steadily. Instead of offering discount of 85% or even 80%, they now offter 95% discount. Estate industry has their spring finally.

it doesn't matter. people all save up for years, some even save for a whole life.

I dont think the slide is over. I feel that the prices will fall some more and then stagnate and then may begin to rise, and my own feeling is that the whole process may take 2-3 years..
