Did you read or watch the news that groups of Chinese tourists gather a group to buy houses in US. The moment they arrive the houses, they are crowded by local reporters. They think the price hasn't touched the bottom, so they are waiting. To tell the truth, if I can get a visa, I would like to buy a house in US now too. Because the price of houses/ flats is far low than that in China, even before GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS.

If I had the extra money I would buy a house in the US now. I used to live there, don't anymore but my kids still do. The way the market has bottomed out it is a great time to buy. I don't know how much longer it will last but now are the best prices that I have seen in years. Would love to buy 2 homes one for each of my sons!
