Of course, the main reason why we work is that because of money. But based on my experience, you won't be an efficient employee if you don't like your job. As for me, I would talk to the management first and if they can't give me salary increase and I know I deserve it then I will leave.

No, not the right time to resign from your present employment.  The employment market is very bad outside. Stick to your present employment regardless of its low pay.  I wish that I don't have to work for money but instead money work for me.

Let's face it, that we are working for money, that's what we need to survive in this world, but it's not also about working for money but working because you are happy and has the motivation to work

Yes we all work for money but more importantly you should at least like the job that you are doing. If I was working at a job that I was not being paid what I was worth I would surely speak to someone in management about that. It is very hard now with the economy to find another job but no one should work somewhere they are not happy or are not getting paid enough. Why bust your butt if it does not  pay the bills. Stress at work and then stress at home. That just isn't right.

The only main purpose why we like to work is to earn money to support our daily needs. That's a fact. About your question, if my salary its not enough to cover all of my expenses then i will find extra opportunity to add up my earnings. I maybe looking for a better job but i will not resign yet on my previous job. We should be very wise in making decision because its really hard to have no job at all. So in short i would still be thankful that i have the job even if the salary is not that enough. Its better than no job at all. Well you know its very hard to find job nowadays. I think if our salary is not that enough we can think of another ways to earn extra money. We just only need to be resourceful.

Talk to your manager first in case you don't find a job straight away. You might be surprised by their response.

i am not working for having fun, because i like it or to satisfy boss i am working for money i mean to say to meet my requirements. If the basic salary i am getting is not enough to meet all necessity then i will talk to management for increment.
