this is true because a manager has to behave and act accordingly to his job and with a little knowledge about this thing you can do magic.

This is completely true, and is a great phrase to live by.

Absolutely true. Head knowledge is not useful without behaviour modifications to support what you know.

Totally agreed with you! It is funny that even though people know that they can ill afford the things that they wished, they still go and get it by using debt.

Personally I Think that it should be 50% behavior and 50% head knowldege. IT should weigh eachother out. You have to have the correct knowledge when it comes to debt and debt management before you can depend on your behavior. I think oyur behavior all depends on your head knowledge.

It's like losing weight in a way. If you let your behaviour rule - behaviour says 'here's donut, must eat donut', so you eat the donut, even though you shouldn't. Your head knows your waistline will show the consequences. You have to come up with rules, so your head has enough backup to fight the bad behaviour. It's a tough job at times, with the constant advertising telling, imploring, asking us to spend, spend, spend!

I believe it is true because knowledge wise all you need to learn is the fundamentals of management the other 90 steps is all the way you manage it and how you go about it.
