Posted on April 3, 2009 at 2:43 am My mom used to earn P100,000 a month from selling jewelries. She had a good business until one of her costumers did not pay her. The jewelry shop that is supplying my mom with jewelries sued my mom because she did not pay the Jewelry store. How can she pay the jewelry tore if the person who got the jewelries from her didn't pay her? I told her to sue that person so she will be forced pay mom. Mom did that, but we were so dismayed that you cannot easily put a person into jail because of debt. The case is BP 22, which is law for bouncing cheques. It was really a bad business. I think it is not good to trust someone's cheque.
