make  an inventory of the things you barely used, separate the usable ones and throw out those things that you think has no purpose oor value anymre. Sell some of it online, or  organize a garage sale. Use the proceeds to settle  aportion of your debt. Take it one step at a time. stop buying things you dont really need. Dont fall for the word SALE you might end up buying too much.

Create a budget for everything, and always use cash or prepaid/debit cards for all your purchases. Allow yourself to have a break once in awhile, and buy something you want, that's inexpensive. Building discipline now with your spending habits, will save you from a whole lot of trouble and anxiety down the line.Eventually you'll be able to trust yourself with larger, responsible purchases without having  to worry about anything.
