I think that the government leaders leads their countrymen in the area of budgeting or having a good budget plan. Many times, leaders will just simply spend much of the resources available in their disposal. Example would be Obama of the U. S who brought many of his staff. Will they pay for their own expenses or the government? That is a good question to ask the leaders about.
