Are Earnings On Net Subject To Tax?

Lots of people are earning from the net....many earn huge amounts of money from good sites like this, ptc sites and also for other jobs such as creating websites or building webpages, or programming, for which they're paid on;line....are these earnings liable to be taxed by government?

No way! and I doubt if they find it..We are already paying taxes everytime we're online so there's no need to squeeze taxes from our earnings

I think it all depends on where you are receiving the money (the country you reside.) Laws and regulations change and are different and the site in which you receive the money may be of a different currency then your own country and thus may not be taxable to you at all. Check your local governments income tax office. For the USA it's IRS.gov

if one earns more than $500 per month, I would agree for it to be taxed. But it's a problem because it's an overseas transaction.
