An easy way to save around the house it to turn off the lights when you leave a room and don't turn them on at all unless you have to. In my house, I am constanly saying, "Turn off the light!" Do you turn the lights off when you are not in the room? What about it you are not home?

I agree!! I make sure that i only have one light on in the house at a time - and it tends to be the living room light, in the evening.

I have noticed that my tolerance to spicy food has increased. I mean. I can eat a bunch of chillies without feeling burning sensation in my mouth. Sometimes I eat it with rice and soy sauce. Weird! but I really love the smell of it and the taste of it. Some of my friends says that it is so gross.... But I really love the taste of it. How about you, do you eat chillies? How much do you like it?

Yes i agree turning off the lights that are needed is a great saver, and also changing the bulbs to power saving CFL is another great way to save your money on electricty. Our electricity bill has come down to half after we changed all the bulbs. The bulbs are expensive , but, in the long run in a matter of six months it will prove to be advantageous..switching off the rice cooker instead of leaving it on at keep warm is another way you can save on power and money..
