Posted on April 2, 2009 at 10:55 pm I am going to go with buying because then it is yours & you live by your own rules. I dont like someone telling me what i can & cant do where i live. Plus you spending all that money on rent for something you will never own. It will never be yours.

Posted on April 2, 2009 at 11:31 pm Rent a house or buy yourselves a house.If this is question has been put me I would prefer buying one.Looking a glance at renting a house may sounds cheeper and save alot of hassle compare to buying one in the long run, may sound logic and heplful. If you rent a house all you have to do is pay the rental and all the expenses such as local authority charges, sewerage payment, quit rent and land duty will be settled by the house onwers. Despite all this buying a house will be the better choice because in long run gain benefit in buying one.When you buy a house you have to a installment as you pay you rental at the end of certain period you will own that premise.Although you have to pay the payment and charges which may accur but please think of benefits that await you. As you get older you may need a house for a shelter and may not afford to rent a house then and if have bought one he can stay there as long as he wants with a little money to be paid to the authories.
