if you have a regular job, of course you have to pay tax...usually your employer will deduct it already from your salary...so you won't have any problem filing it....

if ur income is above taxable .. as a responsible citizen of your country you should pay tax and dont try to stash away money in foreign banks .. like some people do in tax havens like switzerland .. etc
