What would you prefer when it comes to buying properties? I have a piece of land which I thought of building a house on it but on the other hand I have found out that buying a ready made house is much convenient and uncomplicated. The cost of building your own house is of course much cheaper than buying from the developers. Which do you think is more viable?

I'd love to have a piece of land for a new home. I don't have a dream home in mind, but love the idea of Victorian style. As for your question, I would prefer a ready made house with land. That would be the best blend for me.

i will buy my own house first and when i get enough money i will build my own house on a beutiful tropical island and a boat .

Well.I would like to buy a land first and build a house according to my wish.Ready made houses also very good but you have compromise for something.But when you build a house according to your taste and needs you will much satisfied

I prefer build my own house if ever have the chance to own a lot. but if not, iI love also to buy ready made as long as I like the style.

Well I guess if I had the money would I buy a house or build? Well honestly I think I would rather plan what would be in my home. I would think that would cost more to me for some reason but I have heard about houses that are made in a facotory and I heard they can reduce the costs more than saying buying a house that is already up. I might want to look more into this and see what I can figure out about it.

Of course building your own dream house is wonderful if you don't mind the headache of cost counting. Building your own home give you the choice of choosing your very own house design and how big is the house. On the other hand, buying a house is much easier but you will have the same design as everybody and also you will not have much earth to do planting, if you like doing gardening.
