Are credit cards recommended? Are they safe as long as we pay the debts on time? I see a lot of people having credit cards but I personally never had one. I see they are very useful, for example buying things online. Can anyone help me out with these questions? Thanks.

Credit cards are good as far as you use them safely even for online purchase. If your card information is leaked to anyone then they can make use of it even more easily. As far as credit card banks are concerned, they also creates problems in some cases like changing you more than you spent but thats a rare case. Credit card is recommended for emergencies but make payments on time and you can cashout your money even to your bank account from paypal with credit card.

There are pro and cons about Credit Cards: The pro - They could be used for Internet banking, making online payments, online shopping such as Paypal, EBay, Amazon, etc. The cons - Annual payment for the Credit Card, bank loan interest, etc.

Yes credit cards have weak points, by the way, some advice : Never use your main credit card for online paying, only if it is a reliable source like paypal.

or you can use another credit card, with little money on it, only for actual sales.

It is ok if you will have a credit card for as long as you know how to use it safely and you know how to control yourself from buying useless things. But, you know, we are all humans. We get tempted sometimes to do something which we often regret. Sometimes we are forced to buy something that is not really necessary. For me, I never want to have a credit card. I know it would cause me headache if I have one.

if you've got cash, don't use your credit card if you've no cash, much more not to use it... be wise when using your credit card...
