Just put this into your mind, Don't ever say " Keep the change" you should keep it for your self. It is for your savings..

All my bill payments come out of one account so after I get paid enough goes in there to cover it all so I do t worry about spending bill money.

I thought I answered this question yesterday, hmmm, weird.... When we priortize our budgets, we should always start with the basic needs first, and always put some towards savings every month.  Pay yourself first!  I don't care if  it's only $5 dollars a month, give yourself something whatever you can. 1.  Shelter, we need a roof over our heads.  Pay the mortgage payment. 2.  Food, we need to eat to exist. 3.  Utilities (electricity, and heat)  We want to stay warm and be able to see when it's dark.  Candles can only give off so much light. 4.  Transportation.  Pay your auto loan and insurance, so you can drive back and forth to work. 5.  If there is any extra, put more in savings and then you might have a little for some entertainment.

I  prioritize to buy the things which is very necessary, can live without. If the things have it or without it, i will not buy it, it's tough time, need some tough way to live. When the things getting better, priority will changed accordingly.
