My driving force why I save and budget is you'll never know what happens it times of emergencies such as accidents, recessions,etc. So, it is better to save some money because when these times come, it would not be that hard for me to cope up with my finances.

As a college student I don't have very much money to begin with and add to that I need to pay for food, rent, and other things. I need to be able to save and budget.

as of the moment, my motivation for budgeting is to have a back up cash or back up fund just in case i need it badly.
