I'm thinking if the economy starts to stabalize a bit more that a good investment will be in alternate energy sources like wind, and solar. What do you think would be a good investment in terms of stocks?

I have heard gold is good, but for now I am investing in mining companies, oil companies and one newspaper company. I am not an expert so could be wrong

Gold and Silver are always something someone should invest in, you never know when the economy might collapse and Gold and Silver are exactly what people turn to in those cases.
