Nothing seems to deter the scumbags nor prevent them from infiltrating systems just to take advantage of naive and helpless people over the internet. And passwords doesn't seem to be enough security feature. But with all the different accounts that we have; email, online banking, social networks, forums, etc maintaining password seems a lot more of a memory test. I hate it when i forget my password. so sometimes i try to make one as close as possible to my original one. How about you? Do you maintain the same password on all accounts?

I also used roboform before but it doesn't seem work with me. So i just opted to keep the old school type of keeping my passwords, memorize and hope that i won't be hit by selective amnesia.

I keep many passwords. I dont like using one for everything even though it would be easier I would think it would be easier for people who want to steal from others.

A wise person would create different passwords for each of their accounts. All of my emails have different passwords, but they are unique in one way, so I can remember them. My banking accounts are totally different, because it is so easy in this day and age for people to steal your identity. I would also suggest changing those passwords frequently. Also change the pins to your debit/credit cards just as frequently. You never know who might be watching over your shoulder.
